Jeremy David Perkins

I am writing this review to tell my great experience with Jeremy Perkins. I was injured on the job and my company no longer had a position for me. A friend referred Jeremy for legal consultation. I am really grateful they did. Jeremy immediately got on my case and helped me a lot in moving it forward.... He kept me informed with all information and the progress of my case. Jeremy always answered any questions I had about my case in a timely manner. Because of Jeremy my case was settled quickly and it was a great relief for me. If you are injured on the job, I would highly recommend Jeremy because of his expertise, concern and timely manner in getting your case resolved quickly. Jeremy was recommended by a lawyer on AVVO who I did not know and nobody recommended to me. In other words, I went into this not knowing who I was dealing with. To make matters more complicated, we had recently moved from San Diego to Virginia and had no way of meeting him. We conducted all business ...through email and phone. Jeremy explained the process thoroughly and kept in touch every step of the way. He negotiated with the insurance company in good faith and was able to increase our settlement. He also overcame a last minute bureaucratic venue change by working with the insurance company and another lawyer in San Diego, getting a Judge's approval in days versus a possible 6 to 8 week delay. Jeremy was not only professional, but always made my wife and I feel like he was someone we could trust. Someone who went the extra mile to help us. I am very cynical went it comes to the law profession and watching recent events in congress hasn't helped. Jeremy may not have restored my faith in the profession, but he has proven that there are honest, hard working lawyers out there you can count on to do their job.
