Biography
I practiced as a Deputy Public Defender in Riverside County, California for three years where I left with a winning trial record; and later as a Deputy Public Defender for Mendocino County. I now practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. My principal practice area is criminal defense with an emphasis on immigration consequences of criminal charges. I also consult, to a lesser degree, in immigration and family law. Additionally, I am a law professor teaching Criminal Law, Trial Practice, Family Law, and Professional Responsibility (legal ethics) for the California School of Law. I look forward to fighting for your rights.
