I hired Asha in late 2017, after going through two other attorneys who got me no results. So, I had other experiences and attorneys to compare her to and after those experiences it was clear that Asha knows exactly what to fight for, and what is irrelevant in the big picture. I like how she is to the point, concise and precise with her words and I saw that the judge in our case respected that. I worked with Asha from 2014 until 2018 to get my divorce sorted out. My personal goal was to make the process as civil as possible and Asha was a great champion of this. Asha Padania practices in Pleasanton. I met her in 2012 in San Jose. If you are a victim of domestic violence, then you need her on your side. She cares about you as a human being. She has integrity. She listens to you and to your concerns. She gives very good law points. She is very efficient.... She was busy on the date of my Court Appearance. Regardless, with the limited time I gave her, she gave me a very good outline to present it to the Court. Since filing the complaint, I consulted few attorneys but as I have mentioned before, she is the only one with "integrity" and knows the laws to protect the victims of physical violence. I would recommend her for settling your Divorce process, especially if you are a Domestic Violence Victim.

Unfortunately, i'm having trouble with this website so I'm unable to rate Asha the way I would like in the above domains (Responsive, Knowledgeable, kept me informed and overall). Asha was excellent in every regard! When I came to Asha I had just discovered horrible things about my child's father a...nd Asha was a very calming presence. She very carefully explained the law to me and presented me with my options. She did EXTENSIVE research to establish precedents for my case which involved a request for FULL physical and legal custody of my son with no visitation for his father. She was very responsive and returned all my calls the same day and listened to me patiently whatever the concerns. She made sure she kept me well informed of progress and was very transparent. She managed my expectations well with regards to a potential outcome and how long it might take to reach resolution. Asha truly inspires confidence!
