My wife and I recently worked with James Stein on a restatement of our family trust and our wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, etc. Twenty-four years had passed since the establishment of our original trust, and we knew that changes in estate law and in our family situation necessitat...ed a revised and updated estate plan.
