James was our first and only choice for preparing our revocable living trust, wills, powers of attorney ... all the legal precautions we didn't want to think about but were hanging over our heads with each passing year. Up front, James sent us a thorough list of questions and then walked through our answers over the course of a lengthy but enjoyable phone call (my wife and I each poured a glass of wine for the occasion!).
