This is an excerpt from an email I recently sent to Mrs. Lin: "Without your help, I would have sounded like just another raving lunatic in there and most likely would have been dismissed. You were unable to legally represent us, which only meant that we couldn't pay you, but you never stopped answe...ring my questions or offering suggestions which tells me that are truly concerned about the people in your community...not just those you represent. I don't think it's too much to say that you are a hero. I wish there were more people like you in the world! Thank you so much for all you've done for my family, for the families of all of the children that go to ######## Elementary and most especially, for the difference it is going to make in the life of that troubled little boy...even if he doesn't know it.
