Joseph Tse and his wife work together. Tse took my case without understanding the whole situation, he then charged me a high rate, I later found out that he charged me way too much for the case. He is very unresponsive, inpatient, unorganized and irresponsible. Once your money goes to him, he'll nev...er return a call. it's just a waste of time and efforts for you. When he shows up in interview and court, he doesn't even talk a word. He's not capable as an attorney, and he's just a kid playing hide and seek.
