Ms. Hayes is a Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the Board of Legal Specialization for the California State Bar. She holds designation as a Northern California Rising Star, bestowed upon her by the SuperLawyer Magazine for 2013 through to, and including, 2018 [1]. This honor is granted to the top 2.5% of attorneys in the State of California with less than 10 years of experience. And, in 2014, Solano County Bar Association saw fit to name her Young Lawyer of the Year.

Since the beginning of her career as an attorney, she has focused exclusively on the practice of family law and she regularly represents clients in Napa and Solano counties. Ms. Hayes is an experienced courtroom advocate and litigator, with a breadth and depth of knowledge and skill in all types of family law matters including dissolution, legal separation, premarital agreements, simple and complex property division, child custody, visitation, and support, spousal support, and paternity. Her primary objective, however, is to work with all parties to reach a full resolution is an amicable a fashion as possible.

[1] The selection process for the Rising Stars list is the same as the Super Lawyers selection process, with one exception: to be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. All attorneys first go through the Super Lawyers selection process. Those who are not selected to the Super Lawyers list, but who meet either one of the Rising Stars eligibility requirements, then go through the Rising Stars selection process. While up to five percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.

Absolute pro!

My divorce was rough. Custody, lots of properties, very contentious. Amber was amazing throughout the almost 3 year slog. She and her team were with me every step of the way providing direction and guidance. Sometimes telling me hard truths that I didn't want to hear but needed to. would absolutely h...ire again (but hope i don't have to!)

Incredibly Professional and Compassionate

In what turned out to be a far more difficult divorce than I anticipated, Amber and her team were with me every step of the way. I never doubted she truly had my and my childrens' best interests at heart. She was always extremely prompt and professional, and treated me like a human being going throug...h a difficult time, not just a client. Cannot recommend her enough.
