Ms. Hayes is a Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the Board of Legal Specialization for the California State Bar. She holds designation as a Northern California Rising Star, bestowed upon her by the SuperLawyer Magazine for 2013 through to, and including, 2018 [1]. This honor is granted to the top 2.5% of attorneys in the State of California with less than 10 years of experience. And, in 2014, Solano County Bar Association saw fit to name her Young Lawyer of the Year.

Since the beginning of her career as an attorney, she has focused exclusively on the practice of family law and she regularly represents clients in Napa and Solano counties. Ms. Hayes is an experienced courtroom advocate and litigator, with a breadth and depth of knowledge and skill in all types of family law matters including dissolution, legal separation, premarital agreements, simple and complex property division, child custody, visitation, and support, spousal support, and paternity. Her primary objective, however, is to work with all parties to reach a full resolution is an amicable a fashion as possible.

[1] The selection process for the Rising Stars list is the same as the Super Lawyers selection process, with one exception: to be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. All attorneys first go through the Super Lawyers selection process. Those who are not selected to the Super Lawyers list, but who meet either one of the Rising Stars eligibility requirements, then go through the Rising Stars selection process. While up to five percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.

Wrong choice for me

Mrs. Hayes and I did not get along for a lot of reasons. She would get frustrated at me for asking tough or to many questions. Mrs Hayes also embarrassed me in court yelling at me in front of the judge when I wanted something brought up that never did. I had multiple problems with her and glad it's a...ll over . I give her a 1 out of 10!
