There needs to be a serious review of the decisions made by the court commissioner regarding repeated restraining order cases involving the same individual. When multiple people over time have sought protection orders against one person, it raises legitimate concerns about public safety and whether t...hose patterns are being fully considered. Restraining orders exist to protect people from harassment, threats, and escalating behavior. When victims repeatedly come forward and the orders are consistently denied or dismissed despite a documented history of similar complaints, it can create the appearance that the system is failing to protect those who are at risk. This is not simply about one case. It is about a pattern that deserves scrutiny. If there are multiple victims, documented incidents, and even other agencies expressing concern or requesting police presence when interacting with the individual, those facts should carry significant weight in court proceedings. For the safety of the community and the integrity of the justice system, the commissioner’s handling of these matters should be reviewed. Judicial officers hold a position of great responsibility, and their decisions must reflect careful consideration of patterns of behavior, prior incidents, and the safety of those seeking protection. An investigation or formal review would help ensure that the legal process is being applied fairly and that individuals seeking protection are being taken seriously. Accountability and transparency are essential to maintaining public trust in the court system.

Commissioner

Jill is a terrible commissioner she runs her courtroom, unfairly . Shes biased and allows people to lie under oath and won’t even look at evidence to prove that they are lying, very unfair. if you have the option please object to her hearing your case and get in front of a real judge.
