Richard Samuel Horn

I had a PTSD flashback and mental health episode and was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault. I went to jail. Mr. Horn immediately came to my aid. Because I did everything Mr. Horn recommended, I was released from Behavioral Health Court with exceeded expectations. Mr. Horn then got my record expunged so I could get a job and housing. I owe my life to Richard Horn and his faith and hardworking, diligent, knowledgeable dedication to my legal rights. Rick Horn is truly a guiding light during dark times. He was late to every private meeting appointment. Lost important paperwork pertaining to the case I retained him for claiming he was making copies for his files. When I asked for the originals back he claimed he knew nothing about them.
