Richard Samuel Horn

I had a PTSD flashback and mental health episode and was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault. I went to jail. Mr. Horn immediately came to my aid. Because I did everything Mr. Horn recommended, I was released from Behavioral Health Court with exceeded expectations. Mr. Horn then got my record expunged so I could get a job and housing.
