Through the process of my divorce I had a restraining order attached to me, that had been renewed into a permanent restraining order. The renewed R.O. was primarily based on preserving my retirement accounts for my X-wife until an undetermined date when it would eventually be disbursed to her. Aft...er the full disbursement of my retirement account to my X wife, my X still refused to release the restraining order against me. Mr. Jimenez and his team were very organized and methodic in first trying to reach an out of court agreement to release the R.O. with opposing counsel. In the courtroom Mr. Jimenez interacted with the judge very clear and concise, resulting in successfully removing the Permanent R.O. I would use Mr. Jimenez and his team again in the future if needed.

I met with Guy, Max and Roberto for a consultation and we briefly discussed my case and I walked away after that first meeting with valuable knowledge about family law and how to properly handle myself during an upcoming mediation session.
