Swapna is a good human but looses her judgemental capabilities in cases where the client herself/himself is in a very nervous state or with lot of anxiety. On phone consultation there appears to be detachment and prejudice and bias to the case being discussed based on her past experiences. A lawyer i...s supposed to see each case independently. On personal meeting, she seems to get nervous and complains she has to put in more time and effort for complicated ones and hence is not sure. We did not get any confidence and instead she made it more tense by complains of difficulty and lack of time on her side. I recommend her for only simple and straightforward cases. If you are in a emotional dilema or any complication that also involves divorce and international waters, i do not recommend her. Also visit her only if you have figured out your stuff so that she can execute your suggestions and not complain of it being difficult.
