Jai Prakash Dadlani

I am an attorney with over five year of experience practicing law.  After receiving my license in 2010 I started my own firm which allowed me to practice in several areas, including Immigration, Bankruptcy, Probate, as well as Civil and Criminal litigation. Of all the areas that I have practiced in, my focus is now with Civil Litigation emphasizing in Labor and Employment Law.  

I am the Principal Attorney at Dadlani Law Group representing employees and employers in state and federal court.  Further, I am Of Counsel for a Labor and Employment Law firm in San Jose.   Labor and employment law is an incredibly sensitive area of law, but very rewarding. 

I also use my license to practice law to serve my community.  To that end, I am a legal service provider for the Santa Clara County Fatherhood Collaborative.  This organization pools together various community resources that are committed to supporting healthy fatherhood and male involvement for the benefit of children.  I have represented fathers who have come through the collaborative with legal issues, often providing my services pro bono.  Also, I am the Legal Counsel, as well as executive board member of Building Peaceful Families, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to improving the health, safety, and well-being of children founded by Superior Court Judge Sharon Chatman.
