Client was charged with DUI after being pulled over for swerving within his lane and once touching the dividing line. Police followed him for only 30 seconds over a short distance prior to pulling him ... over. Mr. Tabayoyon filed a motion to suppress the evidence and arrest due to the traffic stop being in violation of the 4th and 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution. The court granted the motion and the District Attorney's Office had little choice but to dismiss the case.

OUTCOME: Case Dismissed.

B.N. was charged with soliciting for acts of prostitution. After negotiations with the D.A.'s office, the case was dismissed after B.N. completed 25 hours of group and individual counseling.

A.R. was charged with domestic violence. After Mr. Tabayoyon conducted investigation he convinced the District Attorney's Office they had a weak case. A.R attended a 16 hour anger management diversion ... program (two Saturdays) and kept his nose clean for six months. Then the District Attorney's office dismissed the case without A.R. ever pleading guilty or no contest to anything.
