M.C. was charged with DUI and DUI causing injuries. M.C. was having sex with a woman in the backseat of a moving car that crashed resulting in significant injuries to the woman he was having sex with. ... The crime scene photos showed her without pants, but she said they were removed after the crash. M.C. had alcohol in his blood at the time of the crash and was therefore charged with DUI causing injuries.
