Morguess is one of, if not the best Appellate attorney in the State of California, and arguably any state in which he chooses to practice. My case is incredibly complex to fully understand, which lead to it's creation to begin with. Morguess is the 7th attorney I've dealt with in the past 12 months... (for this case and other unrelated matters). Morguess understood my case quickly (which was impressive in it's own right), and authored legal briefs that took a very confusing case and articulated it in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner. The legal references, arguments and citations were impeccable and delivered with precision and confidence. Morguess has the ability to stay objective and keep a mechanical legal perspective, which is truly a nearly impossible quality to find and likely why he is so exceptional at what he does. I have already made his name commonplace amongst my Association members because if injustice strikes, you need Michael Morguess to make sure you get special forces quality legal representation. As an attorney overall, I can personally say that although it may be possible to find an attorney nearly as good as Morguess, you will never find one better period.
