We engaged Dorothy to assist us with preparing a family trust, will and powers of attorney. She was very informative and walked us throug...h the entire estate planning process with specific guidance that was extremely useful to us. The entire estate planning process for us was three weeks start to finish and we found her to be very responsive to any follow up questions we had. Used Dorothy for Estate Planning. It was not pleasant. She talks down to you and wasn't consultative in her approach. She asked us to complete some information and give her our instructions for the trust. We did that and she simply cut and pasted them into a document. She did zero checking to... see if there were any conflicts with the language we drafted against her boilerplate, which there were. The burden was on us to find the issues. When we asked her on why she didn't advise on this, she got defensive and started down the path of blaming us, so we decided to disengage with her. There are much better options out there. Go find one, like we did.
