Great Communicator!

We couldn't commend the expertise of Kantor & Kantor more. Zoya, who won our appeal with great success, is a dedicated, detail-oriented professional who stays on top of all areas of your case while compassionately communicating next steps and outcomes. We were so grateful to have her on our team, and... because of her clear expertise, excellent handle of the written word, and dedication to this important work, felt confident in what was/is otherwise a scary time. It is disorienting to manage the onset of a debilitating illness while in need of a complex appeal. Her detailed intervention with obvious legal stealth, was essential.

An attorney you can really trust!

Zoya was assigned as my primary attorney during the active part of my case after I hired her firm. She stayed with my case until my appeal was won and my benefits were reinstated. At that time, the firm’s ongoing team took over the day to day. She continues to consult on my case as needed. Zoya... was and remains very patient with all of my questions and I never feel like my questions are unworthy of her time, nor have any of her answers left me feeling belittled or anything less than respected and valued as her client. She worked very hard to make sure we won my case, and made insightful recommendations that I believe made the difference. I felt and still feel very valued and appreciated as a client by Zoya. I can say with absolute certainty, I would rather have her by my side if I had to go through it again than any other attorney i consulted or worked with on other legal matters. I really feel she cares about me and my case. I‘ve never really gotten that sense from an attorney before. Sure, some may have cared about getting my money but not me as a person. When you need someone you can be sure will fight for you, care for you, listen to you, and treat you with respect, hire Zoya, I highly recommend her!

Excellent service and advice for LTD appeal

I was very impressed with Kantor and Kantor in handling my LTD claim. Michelle and Zoya provided excellent service in walking me through the appeal process and what to expect. They always followed up and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Their work led to a successful appeal for my ...case which provide me certainty of ongoing payments and relieved stress. I highly recommend them for your case.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
