Frank Lada Kucera

Over seven years ago in 2005 I hired a firm that Frank L. Kucera worked for as an attorney. Mr. Kucera was assigned to manage my case. My contract advised that my debt issues could be resolved in three years. However, my debt was not resolved according to the contract due to mismanagement by Mr. Kuce...ra. Seven years later I had been sued, my wages garnished and I had to eventually go to the CA State Bar Association in 2013 to get my trust balance returned to me. Mr. Kucera did not seem to care at all about managing my case. At one point I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in 2011 because Mr. Kucera did not return my calls or seem to do any work on my case. Mr. Kucera only responded to the Better Business Bureau stating that he needed more time to ‘look into my case.’ Eventually the Better Business Bureau closed the case as unresolved because Mr. Kucera would not respond. The Better Business Bureau then recommended that I contact the CA State Bar for assistance. I have worked with dozens of attorneys and Mr. Kucera is by far the worst I have ever encountered. He is an extremely unethical and unresponsive attorney who made my case much more difficult.

Frank Kucera handled a debt settlement matter for me ca. 18 months ago. He was superb in every aspect of negotiation, and achieved a far better result for me than I had believed possible. At every stage of the proceedings he kept me well informed and was always responsive to how I wanted to proceed. ...I would recommend him without reservation.

Do not use this lawyer. He does not respond when needed and I have ended up writing a check for thousands of dollars. His attitude was very non caring and his knowlegde was that of "I can't get hold of so and so". I finally ended up calling the company/collection lawayers myself. Do not ever use th...is lawyer or his company Emelio Francisco!!!
