After talking with Roxanne and another legal firm about my estate planning needs, I selected Roxanne because of the referral I received for her, her knowledge, her genuine and friendly rapport, and focus on getting the plan done. She did not make it a drawn out, rigorous process. She clearly presente...d my options in straightforward terms and kept the process moving. Her flat-rate was competitive. I enjoyed working with Roxanne and am happy to have her as a legal resource going forward. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again or refer her.

Roxanne is great to work with. Not only does she know her stuff legally/technically, she has a wonderful way of working with you on this rather macabre topics. I mean who wants to talk about what happens after we get too sick or even pass away?! The process is clear and my responsibilities were ea...sy to complete. We talked through various scenarios and options and I felt very comfortable and supported all the way. And everything is documented and memorialized in a binder so it's at hand when the time comes!

Our estate is fairly simple, but our family situation is quite complicated. Roxanne helped us figure out how to plan for our disabled son while also acknowledging our two additional sons in our blended family Roxanne is very personable, she has an empathetic manner that put both my husband and me a...t ease while discussing delicate matters.. We incorporated her suggestions into our planning and are very pleased with the final results.

We used Roxanne for our trust and estate planning. It took us quite some time to make all the decisions we needed to make to settle on the terms to include in our estate planning documents, but Roxanne was extremely patient with us. She didn't mind answering the same questions or explaining to us wha...t the different options were and what they meant for us and our family. She did not rush us and was respectful of the fact that we needed time to make these decisions. Roxanne was responsive to our communications and efficient with our time--she's very respectful of the fact that this is an important process to get through, but that we didn't want to spend hours and hours in her office to get it done. We were especially appreciative of the ease within which Roxanne boiled down legalize into laymen's terms for us, and continue to be impressed by her follow-up and proactiveness in ensuring that we have closed the loop on anything related to our estate plan. For instance, we purchased a new home, and she took it upon herself to schedule a meeting with us to grant the deed into the trust. No one wants to have to think about these matters, but knowing that we can trust Roxanne to get them onto paper and updated as needed is comforting.
