We used Roxanne for our trust and estate planning. It took us quite some time to make all the decisions we needed to make to settle on the terms to include in our estate planning documents, but Roxanne was extremely patient with us. She didn't mind answering the same questions or explaining to us wha...t the different options were and what they meant for us and our family. She did not rush us and was respectful of the fact that we needed time to make these decisions. Roxanne was responsive to our communications and efficient with our time--she's very respectful of the fact that this is an important process to get through, but that we didn't want to spend hours and hours in her office to get it done. We were especially appreciative of the ease within which Roxanne boiled down legalize into laymen's terms for us, and continue to be impressed by her follow-up and proactiveness in ensuring that we have closed the loop on anything related to our estate plan. For instance, we purchased a new home, and she took it upon herself to schedule a meeting with us to grant the deed into the trust. No one wants to have to think about these matters, but knowing that we can trust Roxanne to get them onto paper and updated as needed is comforting.

I have used Roxanne's services many times & found her to be outstanding! She is very knowledgeable about trusts, & estates. I had her redo our old Living Trust & for other things like grant deeds. She explains things very simply & clearly for us to understand. She is very personable & easy to work wi...th. The cost of her services were really reasonable.
