Biography
Over the past 35 years I have successfully litigated hundreds of civil actions, including cases relating to personal injury, wrongful death, real property, civil rights, employment, construction, elder abuse and estate disputes. In addition to trying a number of cases to verdict, I have handled a variety of civil appeals, including two cases that have been published, Graham v. Beers (1994) 30 1656 and Stewart v. City of Pismo Beach (1995) 35 1600. Additionally, I have served as a managing and supervising attorney at various times during the past twenty years.
