We hired Bob twice. The first time was for help in getting me out of a seemingly iron clad contract that I signed under pressure and impulsively. The second time Bob helped us was with getting our money from a travel insurance policy after we had to cancel a 3 week vacation. The contract I signed... was with an international (US and Canada) music education company and was very specific about the only acceptable way to cancel the contract. Bob researched CA law and found a legal precedent that I used to get out of the contract. I received a full refund two days after the company received Bob's letter. Regarding the dispute with the insurance company, in one visit with Bob, he was able to give us several arguments to use in dealing with them. He also told us the choices we had, besides going to court, in pursuing our case. The company initially denied our claim due to an oversight on our part. However, the company reopened our case and it is now under review after they received a letter from Bob, enumerating the detailed and logical arguments favorable to us. Based on the legal options that Bob gave us, if we aren't successful at this point, we can and will pursue our case on our own. e
