Biography
Dont let all the grey hair fool you. Im not as senior as a lawyer as I look. The practice of law is a second career for me but that gives me a greater ability to relate to non-lawyers and real world problems our clients have.
My practice focusses on real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant issues and general civil litigation. Since 2014 I have served as a hearing examiner with the City of East Palo Alto, deciding petitions submitted by residents of the City under the local Rent Stabilzation Ordinance. I also provide similar services to the City of Alameda based on their own Ordinance.
I practice law with my Wife, who is a senior attorney, despite her lack of grey hair. Discussions are ongoing as to which of us is the senior partner.
