Biography
Dana is an experienced attorney who works closely with clients to guide them through the tension that arises in complex dissolutions and contested custody issues. She uses a hands-on approach to achieve effective solutions tailored to each client’s needs and places a priority on protecting family interests.
Dana is a Bay Area native and has been a licensed attorney in California for nearly 20 years. She earned her law degree from Santa Clara University Law School where she was a member of the legal honors fraternity. During law school, Dana worked as a summer associate with the family law division of a California based law firm where she discovered her passion for family law. She went on to practice for many years at that firm's Los Angeles office before returning to the Bay Area. Dana joined a boutique family law firm in Sunnyvale where her practice focused exclusively on family law matters representing clients in mediation and through all phases of family law litigation from initial consultations to settlement or trial.
Dana founded Morse Mediation Group to focus her practice solely on mediation and divorce consultation.
