William T. Bandettini

William specializes in representing clients who have suffered catastrophic personal injuries. His cases often involve traumatic brain injuries, burn injuries, spinal cord trauma, nerve damage, and severe orthopedic injuries resulting from various incidents, including construction site accidents, industrial accidents, dangerous premises, auto accidents, wrongful death cases, negligent hazing by national and local fraternities, governmental or public entity liability, and professional negligence.

William holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Emphasis in Legal Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from California State University, Chico. William obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly University of California, Hastings College of the Law). While in law school, William co-founded the American Association for Justice student chapter and participated in the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, gaining skills in non-traditional dispute resolution. He also volunteered with Homeless Legal Services during his studies.

Outside of his practice, William serves on the board of the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF) Foundation. He is also a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers’ Association (SFTLA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and American Association for Justice (AAJ). He is also a fluent Spanish speaker and enjoys learning about different cultures to serve a diverse client base. His dedication to cross-cultural communication and justice makes him a respected advocate in the legal field.
