I have launched 4 start-up companies. Rich Saffir was my attorney for my first company which was a successful venture. He is extremely capable and professional, and believe me, this is the guy you want on your side of the table in any business negotiation. It's been 10 years and a dozen attorneys ...since he last worked for me and I can now fully appreciate his knowledge and skills compared to others. Location/logistics have kept me from retaining Rich recently but that will change shortly and I expect to hire him again.
