A grateful Client

I worked with Mr.Owji on numerous occasions regarding my immigration, and in each and every case, he has warned me about the odds and informed me thoroughly about what should and shouldn't happen, and in what timeframe I should expect progress. His suggestions have always worked, and not once have I... had an unpleasant surprise. My previous experiences with lawyers have been all painfully problematic and expensive with no good results, so I'm grateful to have met Mr. Owji and have him handle all of my immigration issues. I've recommended Mr. Owji to all of my friends, and would recommend him to any other person without any doubt.

Great Choice for Immigration/Naturalization Candidates in California

Fashad handled my naturalization case and has done a great job seeing it through to a successful citizenship. He has also handle H1-B cases for my company with similarly positive outcomes despite complexities. Farshad has both deep knowledge of the immigration matters involved and the personal touc...h that is necessary to make you feel that you are in good hands as a client. Having done this for a long time he understands the hot buttons of immigration officers and the key aspects of the relevant processes thus he is able to coach you through your interviews and correspondences with confidence. I highly recommend that you retain Farshad's services for any immigration case you are considering.

Best Immigration Lawyer

Farshad Owji handled my green card application, he was highly recommended by a very close friend of mine. Mr. Owji carefully prepared everything and paid extreme attention to my case. He is very honest and professional. He told us everything we should know and he did not lead us wrong. Also Owji law ...office's Paralegal Tuna is an excellent person too. I am glad I worked with Farshad Owji and Tuna Goktas. I would highly recommend Farshad Owji. Thank you for your great work.

Need results? Mr. Owji is your man!

After struggling with lawyers and USCIS for 3 years on a case that was otherwise straightforward, I went to see Farshad who came highly recommended from the USCIS staff in San Francisco. He listened to my case details patiently and gave me neutral advice that was not driven by business motivation or... self benefit. I waited another 3-4 months and stayed with the lawyer I had at the time hoping things would change but finally decided to switch over to Farshad. I've worked with him since summer of 2009 but within 3 months, we received an RFE which is more than anything I had gotten in 3 years (my case was just stuck in space and my previous lawyer, USCIS and everyone else in the middle kept telling me to wait and wait and wait). In 6 months, he managed to get my case transfered from Nebraska to the National Benefits Center and get an interview scheduled. I recently had my interview where I specifically requested him to come with me. It was a 20 minute interview and the adjustment of status was approved. This weekend I got my Legal Permanent Resident card! What no one could do in 3 years was finally handled in 6-8 months and I can't thank him enough for that. Before Farshad, I had spent countless hours and thousands of dollars with other attorneys. He knows how to get results and get them quick! I wish I had known him when I filed originally and I could've gotten my citizenship by now. I'm just glad I met him when I did and he finally pushed this through so I don't have to get the second-class citizen treatment every time I travel using AP. Whether this is your first time filing a case with the USCIS, or you are simply unhappy/frustrated with delays from USCIS or your current attorney, I STRONGLY recommend you contact Farshad and he will fight for you. At the same time, he will be methodical about doing the right thing at the right time. In my case, it would've been too easy to file for litigation but he recommended to wait just the right amount of time (2 months after the RFE) to transfer the case back to SF and he was right. We didn't have to go through litigation and now it's all done and over! I speak with a lot of passion when I say don't waste your time with lawyers that only have billing in mind. Farshad really cares and is selective about the cases he chooses to pursue....maybe that's why he has 100% positive reviews and I'm sure will continue to, in the future.
