Biography
For over twenty years I have focused my entire legal practice on exclusively representing employees in a wide variety of employment matters, including wrongful terminations, unpaid wages, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, defamation and severance negotiations. I handle all lawsuits on a contingency fee basis, meaning that I do not charge a fee in a litigation if I do not secure a recovery on behalf of my client. I have advocated on behalf of several hundred employees in State and Federal Court and have completed nearly twenty trials. I have secured well over one hundred six figure recoveries, as well as a seven figure resolution. With regards to my personal interests, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons. I also enjoy such activities as hiking, camping, reading, bowling, softball, golf, basketball and coaching youth sports.
