Richard John Palenchar

I hired Palenchar briefly, but found out he was not only unfamiliar with landlord-tenant law matters that he claimed to be specialized in. Palenchar also had wrongful billing practices. He even billed me when I emailed him with only one line saying "thank you" out of politeness. He also charged me... when he did not listen but just went on to say unrelated matters, such as how other attorneys who did not like him and did not say hi to him at the airport. I was in a professional network group with him and have observed many wrongful actions for years. Palenchar is not trustworthy.
