Antonio Raul Perez

I've been practicing law in California since being sworn into practice law in California  on December 3, 1982.  Most of those 30 plus years of practice have been spent in the area of criminal and juvenile law.

I can imagine that few private attorneys have both defense experience and prosecution experience, and even fewer can say that they've been an elected District Attorney.  I have and I believe that gives me a definite advantage.  Knowledge of one's advisary can be a huge benefit; knowing the approach of the prosecution, the basis for certain policies, may have its advantages that I bring to the table from negotiation to trial and sentencing

In my thirty year plus career, I've prosecuted and defended a wide range of criminal conduct including: homicides, vehicular manslaughter, drugs, weapons, gangs, mayhem, spousal abuse, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and others. 

At this time in my legal career I am accepting new clients who have been charged with most criminal and juvenile matters.
