Excellent and trustworthy immigration attorney

I am so grateful that I have found Rosy to help with my immigration case. She is seriously a godsent. I have a relatively complicated case, and wanted to adjust status within the U.S based on marriage to a U.S. citizen. Other lawyers who I have consulted prior to finding Rosy either told me that it... would be impossible, or that I would need to go back to my home country in order to adjust status and I could be there waiting for months while my job is on hold and at a risk that it won't get approved and I won't be able to come back into the States. I was pretty scared at the risk and dejected by a lack of a consistent response or no response from other lawyers, and then in comes Rosy. Rosy responds to her emails promptly, and she immediately put me at ease during our first consultation. She is very honest with the reality of the situation and after carefully reviewing my information, she reassures me that I can adjust status in the U.S, and many people adjust their status here without needing to go back to their home country. Her price is reasonable and there are no hidden fees later. She is very clear with explaining the process, and she is patient and continues to answer follow-up questions throughout the process. She is able to see things clearly and keep the process simple and straightforward. She provides checklists and timeline of what to do, so I just followed her checklist to gather all necessary documents. She would review all the documents in person with me and my husband before she helps me process the application. Her office keeps track and notifies me of all the USCIS notifications, so I never miss a notice. We would also meet again prior to the interview. Throughout the process, Rosy is reassuring and knowledgeable. She was right there with me for the interview and was a calming force. I was anxious and a little skeptical at how smooth the process would go, especially after all the negativity from other lawyers before. I highly recommend and trust in Rosy's guidance. I am so grateful I found her through the reviews here on Avvo, and now that my case is a success with obtaining work/travel authorization and a green card all within ~6 months, I want others to know about Rosy and how helpful she is. She is an excellent lawyer, so if in doubt, I suggest just sending her a email and inquiring about your case.

Won a tough case in 3 months

From my 1st interview to the denied letter, it took more than two years. I got stuck in my immigration process, the 1st lawyer (Jxxxx Bxxx) who is rated 10 massed up my case. I decided to look for other lawyer to help me to solve the denied letter. However, I visited 2 more top 10, they both scare me... away. I came to visit Rosy. I was little bit nervous and hopeless before I meet her because she is the 4th attorney I look for help. After an hour consultation, she explained to me with confidence and took my case. She took my case as her own and help me well prepared. When she’s with me in the interview, she strongly convinces the officer. Rosy help me to get my status in only 3 months. If you need a lawyer who can really help and fight for you. I strongly recommend her to you.

Make sure to contact Rosy Cho first and get her to review your immigration case

There are a lot of immigration lawyers out there. Some are good. Only a select few are great. Rosy is definitely one of those select few. I have been trying to get a permanent residency for my wife. It was a battle for 14 years. We went through IJ, BIA, 9th Circuit, deportation proceeding. We have c...onsulted different attorneys and hired some to represent us. At the end we lost all of it. We got ICE agents knocking on our door on three separate occasions. No fun. Then we met Rosy. Right from the first meeting, we knew she's different. You can tell she does this out of her passion. After reviewing our case, she gave an honest opinion regarding our situation and provided some options. We were discouraged at first. However after we went home, we realized that she was giving a hard truth but truth nonetheless. She was more interested in helping us than whether or not we retain her. Finally we decided to contact her again and have her represented us. She did a excellent job in updating us every step of the way. Answered every question and updating us when new immigration policy was enacted that will benefit us. She was able to reopen our case, terminate the deportation proceeding. Two weeks ago my wife received her permanent residency. You want a lawyer who will fight tooth and nail for you. Don't contact any other lawyer before you talked to her first. Beware, she will be honest with you and might tell you things that you don't want to hear about your case. But know this, those are honest comments that came from 10+ years of experience. Wait a minute, isn't that what you hired a lawyer for? Not to get a sugarcoated comment just to get you sign a retainer.

Saved us from deportation and separation!

Rosy gave us hope when we were at the end of our rope. We'd been screwed over by another immigration lawyer, who had failed to file paperwork on time, lied to us, and generally messed things up; I was out of status and we expected to get the removal notice in the mail at any moment. After the ...other lawyer stopped returning our calls, we decided to find someone else. We found Rosy Cho. Her patience was boundless, her responses immediate. Six months later, it's all sorted. I got my green card earlier this week. I can't imagine we'd be in this situation now without her help.

One of the best attorneys in the country !

I highly recommend Rosy to anyone needing immigration help. She has a great experience in immigration case. I met Rosy six month ago, she is very knowledgeable and provided the best service on my immigration case. She always there when I have any question on my case. I got my permanent resident c...ard shortly after Rosy submitted my application. It was great working with Rosy in the past few months. Her service charge is reasonable and she worth every dollar I paid for. Thank you very much Rosy, you are the best !
