James Heard, Land use and zoning Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Mark Mosley is an excellent trial lawyer. Mark and I were co-counsel for the defendants in a bitter dispute about ownership of a restaurant, where the main issue was an alleged oral partnership. After a seven-week trial, we got the case thrown out on a motion for judgment. This was in large part due to Mark's hard work, mastery of both tactics and strategy, integrity, and dedication to our clients. Working with Mark was a real pleasure, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
