Biography
Kelly J. Shindell DeLacey is a Certified Family Law Specialist and Fellow of the Northern California Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Ms. Shindell DeLacey has handled all aspects of family law matters, ranging from high-asset marital dissolutions involving complex property issues, to high conflict custody disputes, as well as pro bono family law cases. During law school, Ms. Shindell DeLacey served as an extern in the San Francisco Superior Court Unified Family Division under the Honorable Harold Kahn.
Ms. Shindell DeLacey is honored to be named as a Super Lawyer, in the Northern California (2014-2019) in Super Lawyers magazine, and as an outstanding young lawyer on the Northern California Rising Stars list (2009-2013). Misrepresented
I needed an experienced, committed, fight for your client, litigator. Those were the reasons I hired Ms. Shindell and those were the qualities she promoted. Unfortunately, she possessed none of those qualities. She was clearly unprepared, evasive, self-justifying and outrageously expensive.
