My asylum case has been nearly four years hanging like sausage with other attorney in NYC. Due to history of forced abortion in China , We submitted the application for asylum . We hired an unprofessional immigration consultant to prepare the relevant documents at first. My husband finally got his immigration visa. Here is my experience. I am the green card holder and petition my husband. It has been four and half years since we applied. The interview supposed to be last year. However, due to the epidemic, there has been no news for nearly one year. Day by day with s...o much frustrations we heard that a friend of mine had just successfully received his green card. So I met Justin Wang via this friend’s referral. Justin filed a lawsuit to the government within three or four days after learning about the situation. Two and a half months later, my husband received an interview notice. But no visa was issued because they wanted more documents. Due to the various obstacles of the epidemic, for three months, the documents were finally submitted and a visa was issued. The thing we appreciated most is that Justin did not give up like some lawyers did when attorney from the Ministry of Justice urged him to sign and withdraw the case, saying that the result of the case was that the visa would not be granted.
