I'm an attorney dedicated to employee rights. I practice all aspects of employment law and represent individuals in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistle blowing, wrongful discharge, family medical leave, fraud, unpaid wages, and unemployment benefits. I also assist executives with employment contracts and severance agreements.

My case was no slam dunk, but Jeanette took the time to prepare me and to win the case for unemployment. The only reason I'm not giving her all stars for Knowledge is that beyond the unemployment hearing, I'm using other attorneys for wrongful termination or to sue for compensation owed.
