Biography
Ms. Collins is an experienced trial attorney handling business litigation matters with a focus on consumer defense litigation and criminal defense.
Ms. Collins received her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She graduated with Highest Pro Bono Distinction and was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national moot court honor society. She was a Marshall-Brennan Fellow and served as President of Liberty Project for two years. Ms. Collins received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley with an emphasis in Constitutional Law.
Ms. Collins gained invaluable trial experience in private practice and by clerking for both prosecution and public defender's offices. Ms. Collins has taken both civil and criminal cases to trial and recently completed a 5 week felony jury trial in a serious life case. Her knowledge of both civil and criminal procedure is not only unusual but incredibly important where clients face cross-over civil, criminal, immigration, and professional licensing issues.

Erin is awesome!
Erin helped my boyfriend with his case and was always there for me when I needed her and I couldn't have been more pleased with the work she did! She was on top of everything and is awesome and doesn't back down from intimidation! If you need a lawyer I would highly recommend her!
