Elizabeth Zareh has been our corporate attorney for the last five years. She has been active in giving us legal as well as business advise since. Few years ago my company went through a difficult time in buying out couple of share holders. I was approached by the shareholders showing interest to s...ell, initially I thought it would be a smooth process, soon to find out in dismay , that it was one of toughest negotiations ever. The two parties were brutal, ruthless, immoral and highly unethical, not to mention their greed and aggressiveness in handling this deal. The attorney that represented them was nothing less. This negotiation took over one year to be completed, words does not do justice as to how grateful I will always remain to Elizabeth for the way she handled this deal. She was 300% by my side, she fought and handled this situation as if it was her own, not batting an eyelid, she was fully focused, she was always reachable, she was graceful in her approach yet firm, not even for one second did she made me feel I was on my own, whether on trips, holidays or her weekends she was always reachable , she was always proactive and surpassed my expectations to a limit I am unable to express. The outcome was great. Eversince, I have referred many friends to Elizabeth, they have all shared nothing but gratitude for having met her.
