My Name is Anthony G. Boudouin, I'm a Merchant Marine License Officer with an Unlimited Master Endorsement. I'm employed wth the government shipping agency under the operational control of the U.S. Navy called the Military Sealift Command. Presently I'm one of only two African American Officers ho...lding a MAsters license with nearly forty years of maritime experience in the Merchant MArines and U.S. Coast Guard combined. I've applied and have been repeatly denied being promoted to the position of Captain for the past seven years I felt enough was enough and seeked legal counseling to obtain either a valid reason or justification of this discrimination based on my race and age. The law firm of Angela Alioto was recommended to me from a close friend, I requested an interview with Ms Alioto and her staffs of very personal and professional lawyers, after the initial interview they agreed to take on the government and represent me in this case. Ms Miesel was assiged to my case as my personal lawyer and began her long journet into the maritime industry and that of the U.S. Navy operations of this shipping company. This required hundred of hours to prepare for such a jolting task. This is not an easy tasking by no means, our government agencies are all very large and complex, Jody has displayed patience and cafeful calculation in each of her maneuvers seeking an answer and justice for her client.
