Debra Fink Bogaards

 Growing up in Culver City in the late 50's,  I came from a home where my father worked in tool and die design for the airline industry, and he punched in and out with a timecard everyday.  I learned about hard work and struggling to pay bills to keep a home running for three children. When I went to law school, I was the first in my family to pursue anadvanced degree and become a professional.  I bring to my law practice a strong work ethic, compassion for those who have been victims in automobile accidents, skilled nursing facilities and in the workplace, and integrity. 

  For over 37 years, I have fought for my clients, and I have pursued my dream of being a trial attorney.  38 jury trials with almost all of them wins. More importantly, with my successful trial record and reputation in the legal community, most of my cases settle before filing suit at mediation.  The reason is simply that I would love to go to trial on my cases and my opponents know that I am happiest in the court room.  I enjoy doing the best for my clients, and my results show. I work on your case myself, so you don't go through an associate or paralegal....you have direct access to me 24/7.  Communicating to you every step of the way and caring about my clients are important to me.

  In my free time, I enjoy Century bike rides, rowing in Sausalito, and hiking....as well as fundraising for U.C.  Hastings College of the Law through my office of V.P. of the Board of Trustees so that all students can afford an excellent legal education.
