Excellent attorney that knows how to get results

I am so grateful, that I wanted to thank Mr. Kemnitzer publicly and to alert others with a bad car deal to contact him, especially a teenager like me that desperately needed help. I went to purchase a vehicle at and ended up with a nightmare of a contract of about $55,000, which made up of being; o...vercharged for the vehicle, inflated negative equity on my leased vehicle, and adding an additional $8800 of worthless accessories and insurances. This all happened without the dealership checking my ability to pay for this huge amount. I am very thankful that Mr. Kemnitzer took my case on a contingency. He seemed to immediately grasp the situation and using his knowledge of the law, knew exactly what buttons to push to get the deal done. He showed compassion and at the same time guided me on how to purchase a car in the future from dealerships that use hard sells tactics. He quickly reached a settlement to unwind the deal by cancelling the contract. I walked away without owing the dealer anything. It was an incredible outcome for me. I would highly recommend Mr. Kemnitzer for his knowledge, expertise and negotiating skills that prevented me from having to file bankruptcy and having poor credit for many years to come.
