Evaluation : excellent. My petition for factual innocence was granted under David Wise's counsel. I heard this was very hard to get, and was able to achieve justice and innocence with David Wise. I was initially charged with assault with a deadly weapon, but the district attorney's office of 12 ...dismissed the case, however I wanted my arrest charges sealed and destroyed. I sought David's help in August, and the judge granted me innocence in January. David's timing is excellent.
