Mr. Gipson started his legal career practicing Maritime Law. Prior to embarking on a career in law, Mr. Gipson was an officer in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS CLIFTON SPRAGUE. His maritime practice includes defending maritime entities against Jones Act Seaman claims and Carriage of Goods & Passengers by the Sea Act ("COGSA") claims for passenger injuries and cargo damage.
