John Sorenson is an Associate working in the firm’s Business and Corporate Transactions Group. He represents clients on a broad range of corporate, securities, intellectual property, and employment issues.
John’s experience includes assisting businesses with general counsel matters such as labor and employment issues and drafting business-related agreements. Prior to joining Leland, Parachini, Steinberg, Matzger & Melnick LLP John served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Tari S. Eitzen in the Washington State Superior Court for Spokane County, and Legal Extern to Mark L. Tuft at Cooper, White & Cooper LLP. He then joined Leland, Parachini, et al. in 2012 as a Summer Associate.
