I feel extremely fortunate to have found and worked with James Qudra. For my startup, I had a shareholder dispute that later escalated to a full blown lawsuit. Before meeting James and his partner Rebecca, my company hired an outside counsel to help with the case. This couldn't have been more true. From our first meeting, Jim was completely in charge and knew exactly the course of action to take in order for me to achieve my desired outcome. Which we did. At the final resolution of this case, I came out with EVERYTHING I wanted. I couldn't have asked for anything more, and was ecstatic over the final outcome. It was Jim's innate understanding of his profession, and his ability to control the situation, that was the key. Jim took what was a frightening experience for me, and turned it in to one of complete satisfaction.
