Dave promptly emailed valuable advice after he received my written synopsis describing the case. I know everything he advised me to do was spot on because I had already spent years studying case law and other authorities that control the subject matter. He essentially advised me to not rush into suin...g because it appears defendants will bury themselves deeper if given more time.
