‌Law practice areas include contract drafting + contract review, entity formation + related services, trademarks, copyrights, web monitoring for infringement + cease + desist letters (aka DMCA take down requests), estate + business succession planning, and music law. In addition, Danelle applies her training and knowledge of Internet Law (which includes privacy, data, and cybersecurity law) to better serve her clients where relevant.
