My first priority and goal is to provide efficient legal solutions along with excellent customer service. For the past five years I have practiced law with a focus in real estate especially the Unlawful Detainer/Eviction process. I represent commercial and residential landlords exclusively, and because of my landlord-only focus I am able to offer flat fee pricing for many common legal solutions.
I am originally from the mountains of Colorado where I learned about the value of excellent customer service and hard work. In 2004, I graduated from the Baylor University School of Law with the coveted Dean’s Achievement Scholarship. While in law school I was president of the Minority Law Association and founder of the Diversity in Law Association. Thereafter I moved to California and clerked with a well-known real estate firm before passing the bar and founding the Law Offices of Andres Sanchez. Since then I have been helping property owners and managers resolve their legal issues quickly and efficiently. My hobbies include historical research, volunteering and travel.
